Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using the CITA EV Charger website, mobile application, and related services in Pakistan. By accessing our website, downloading our app, or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website/app and uninstall the application from your device.
1) Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to your use of:
- The CITA EV Charger website and any pages, tools, or content available through it
- Our mobile application and smart-device features
- Any services and support offered through our digital platforms in Pakistan
These Terms do not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked through our platforms.
2) Your Agreement
By using our website, app, or services, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You accept them without changes or conditions
- You will comply with them while using our platforms
If you break these Terms, we may suspend or block your access (with or without notice).
3) Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will post a clear notice on our website/app.
If you continue using the website/app after updates are posted, it means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the services and may cancel your account (see “Account Cancellation”).
4) Third-Party App Stores
If you download our app through Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other marketplace, you are also bound by their terms and policies. CITA EV Charger is not responsible for third-party store issues, outages, or policy decisions.
5) Services and Availability
We may offer different services depending on whether you:
- Use the website only, or
- Use the mobile app, and/or
- Create an account
Some services may be free today, and paid features may be introduced later. If paid services are added, we will provide pricing and relevant terms before you are charged.
CITA EV Charger aims to provide reliable EV Charging Solutions in Pakistan, but service availability can vary by location and network status.
6) Registration and Account Information
If you register an account, you agree to:
- Provide correct and truthful information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Keep your password confidential
- Update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You may allow access to co-users if we support that feature, but you remain responsible for managing access securely.
7) App Features (What the App Does)
Our mobile app may help you:
- Monitor and manage your charging sessions
- Access charger controls (where supported)
- View charging station information
- Receive charging updates and notifications
Charging station data may come from third parties, so we cannot guarantee it is always accurate, complete, or up to date.
8) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Comments)
You may be able to post content such as comments, station feedback, or photos (“Content”). When you post Content, you confirm that:
- You own it or have permission to share it
- It does not violate any person’s rights or any law
- It is not confidential
You keep ownership of your Content, but you give CITA EV Charger permission to use it for operating and promoting our services (such as displaying it in the app/website). This permission ends when you request deletion of your Content or cancel your account (unless we must keep it for legal or security reasons).
9) Your Responsibility for Content
You understand that:
- Public Content can be seen and used by others
- You are responsible for what you post
- We are not responsible for user Content posted by you or other users
- We may remove Content at any time if it violates these Terms or is harmful, misleading, or inappropriate
10) Third-Party Links and Social Media Sharing
Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or availability.
If you share Content through social media, you must follow that platform’s rules. You are responsible for any issues that result from social posting.
11) Prohibited Use
To keep our platform safe and useful, you must not:
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the website/app
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
- Upload viruses or harmful code
- Post illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Collect other users’ personal data without permission
- Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages
- Use the platform in any way that violates laws in Pakistan

12) Service Interruptions
Our website/app may sometimes be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance or upgrades
- Technical issues or power/network outages
- Security incidents or denial-of-service attacks
- Legal or regulatory requirements
We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions, including data loss or business loss. Where possible, we may post updates about outages.
13) Security and Account Safety
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your login details
- Keeping your device secure
- Not sharing passwords
We use reasonable security measures, but no online platform can be guaranteed 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
14) Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account anytime by emailing: sales@citaevcharger.com.pk
We may also terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your actions create risk for other users, our systems, or our business
- We are legally required to do so
Some parts of these Terms (such as liability limits, disclaimers, and IP rights) will still apply after termination.
15) Intellectual Property
All website/app content (including design, logos, text, and software) belongs to CITA EV Charger or its licensors and is protected by law.
You receive a limited license to use the website/app for personal use only. You may not:
- Copy, sell, resell, distribute, or modify our platform or software
- Create derivative works
- Use our brand or trademarks without written permission
If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use it freely without compensation
16) Disclaimers
Our website/app/services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
- The platform will always be uninterrupted
- Data will always be accurate
- Results will always meet your expectations
Use of the website/app is at your own risk. This applies even when using Smart EV Charging Solutions features such as route planning or station discovery.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CITA EV Charger will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including data loss or business loss) arising from your use of the website/app/services.
If a court requires liability, the maximum total liability will be limited to a small amount as permitted under applicable law.
18) Indemnity
If your misuse of the platform causes claims, losses, or legal issues (for example, illegal Content or violation of rights), you agree to protect and compensate CITA EV Charger and its team against those claims.
19) Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully, as it explains how we collect and use data, including for EV charger manufacturers and support operations in Pakistan.
20) General Legal Terms
- No Partnership: These Terms do not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
- Severability: If one part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains effective.
- Local Law: These Terms are intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.
